Tricia Olufemi-Olumide, fondly known as TriciaBiz, The Business Fixer, is one of Africa's most respected business strategists, entrepreneurs, and impact investors. With over 15 years of experience across corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, she is a trusted authority on business growth, marketing strategy, and scalable systems.
She is the Founder of Business Lab Academy Africa, an enterprise development platform that has trained over 380,000 entrepreneurs across 22 African cities, with her teachings and digital content reaching millions across Africa and the diaspora. She is also the visionary behind Ziba Beach Resort, Nigeria's first over-water, award-winning, family-friendly beach destination, redefining experiential tourism and hospitality in Nigeria.
Before building her ventures, Tricia worked with global multinationals where she honed her expertise in strategy, brand growth, and market expansion. She holds an MBA in International Business alongside multiple degrees and diplomas in marketing, communications, and social innovation.
Beyond education and operations, Tricia is an impact investor, supporting African-owned, growth-stage businesses with a hands-on approach that blends capital, strategy, and systems. Her impact has earned her global recognition, including being named an IVLP World Fellow by the U.S. Department of State and receiving an Honorary Doctorate in Marketing & Communications for her contribution to business education and enterprise development in Africa.

Dolapo Amusat operates at the intersection of creativity and technology, driving innovation within Africa's growing creative economy. He is the Founder and CEO of WeTalkSound, a 360 creative company delivering marketing, distribution, content, and experiential platforms for artists, labels, and brands across Africa and beyond.
Under his leadership, WeTalkSound has grown into West Africa's largest youth-led creative network, working with artists including Joeboy, Lojay, Victony, Reminisce, and Teni, while executing campaigns for EMPIRE, Sony Music, and Aristokrat Records. The company operates across label services, distribution, creative marketing, video production, live events, and a storytelling platform with over 300,000 followers.
Previously a Product Marketing Manager at Google, Dolapo led Africa-wide creative initiatives across music and technology, including Rema's landmark O2 Arena YouTube livestream. A Recording Academy voting member and recognized industry voice, he is committed to building sustainable creative infrastructure and amplifying African stories on the global stage.


Enitan Omobosola is a growth-focused executive and product leader with nearly a decade of experience building and scaling businesses across insurance, HRTech, SaaS, and global technology platforms. Her career reflects a consistent theme of turning ideas into structured, scalable growth.
She began her journey in health insurance before moving into Sales in 2018, where she quickly rose to become Head of Customer Success, leading teams and strengthening revenue systems. She later pivoted into the HRTech space, where she led and mentored high-performing sales pods before transitioning into product management in 2020, eventually rising to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As COO of an HRTech company, she led product development and cross-functional teams through go-to-market execution, translating vision into results. She later co-founded an email marketing software company, taking it from concept to market.
Passionate about helping businesses grow intentionally, she established a growth consulting firm supporting startups and mid-sized companies in building teams, systems, and sustainable revenue engines.
In 2023, she joined Meta, where she now drives product growth in Nigeria. Her work focuses on small business enablement, creator empowerment, AI-powered solutions, advertiser growth, and digital payments, positioning her at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship, and Africa's rapidly evolving creator economy.


Victor Okpala works at the crossroads of technology and music. He is Spotify’s first ever hire in Nigeria, having joined the company in 2021. In this pioneering role as the Artists and Label Partnerships Manager for West Africa, Okpala drives user growth through music and youth culture partnerships, establishing Spotify’s presence and relevance in the region. For a decade, Victor Okpala has propagated education and the advancement of African creators through various digital pillars. He is a 2x Future Awards Nominee, a 2x TEDx Talks Speaker; most recently being his talk at the University of Leeds and a jury member of the Global Startup Awards, vetting over 12 startups in ed-tech, health tech and creator economy tech across the world.


Lola Ige is the Head of Marketing at Sony Music West Africa, where she oversees regional marketing strategy, artist development campaigns, and brand partnerships across one of the fastest-growing music markets in the world. She specializes in building culturally relevant, data-informed campaigns that translate creative vision into measurable audience growth and long-term brand equity for both emerging and established artists.
Her work spans release strategy, media relations, strategic partnerships, and experiential activations, and she is particularly passionate about initiatives that expand opportunities within the African creative ecosystem. Lola has led multi-territory rollouts and industry-facing programs connecting young talent with mentorship and professional pathways into music and entertainment.
She is currently pursuing the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK) Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Marketing, strengthening her expertise in strategic analysis and marketing leadership. Known for her balanced blend of analytical rigor and creative instinct, Lola brings a thoughtful, industry-grounded perspective to judging, with a focus on originality, cultural impact, and sustainable audience growth.


Chude Jideonwo is host of #WithChude, one of Africa's most watched talk shows and #WithChudeLive, Africa's biggest talk concert. A lawyer, filmmaker and media entrepreneur, he is co-founder and former chief executive of African media companies RED | For Africa, The Future Awards Africa, Joy, Inc. and YNaija — working across 21 African countries and advising presidents and presidential elections in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Senegal and Sierra Leone.
He has been a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, CNBC Young Business Leader of the Year, an Archbishop Desmond Tutu Fellow, a World Fellow at Yale University and Creative-In-Residence at the London School of Economics.
In 2020, he launched #WithChude, a viral podcast and multi-platform talk show featuring intimate, transformative conversations with African leaders and celebrities. Syndicated on three Pan-African networks, streamed on withChude.com, with tens of millions of views on YouTube, it has become one of the continent's largest IP libraries for stories of healing, resilience and growth.
In 2025, he announced the Fourthmainland Creator Fund to personally invest $500,000 in African creators as the future of independent media on the continent. His writing and work have been featured in The New York Times, The Guardian, BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, The Huffington Post, and the Financial Times. His latest book, 'How Depression Saved My Life' is published by Narrative Landscape.


Mary Edoro is a seasoned Digital Innovations Expert and Media Executive. Currently the Chief of Staff/Head of Strategy at BellaNaija, Africa's leading tech-driven media platform, she has successfully led and executed high-impact digital projects for global brands including Google, The BMGF, TECNO, MultiChoice, Unilever, MAC Cosmetics, and more.
A Harvard Business School Alum and passionate advocate for digital transformation, Mary is dedicated to leveraging new media technology to empower individuals and businesses across the continent. She has a keen eye for emerging digital trends and a talent for translating complex ideas into actionable strategies.
In 2022, Mary was selected as a Foreign Media representative to the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in Washington D.C. and has received recognition for her work in publications such as The New York Times, BusinessDay, The Business of Fashion, and other international outlets.
She has taught and mentored young leaders across various organisations and institutions including Warwick University, RedX Africa, Women in Africa, The U.S. Consulate Lagos, Junior Achievement Nigeria, Tech Summit Ogun, among others.
